Surgical Nurse

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Registered General Nurse to join our team in providing exceptional care to patients in trauma and orthopaedic specialties. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong desire to enhance their nursing skills, and a keenness to develop in surgical nursing.
The post holder will have direct patient contact, delivering direct care in a variety of hospital settings in accordance with the needs of patients. They will work collaboratively with our team to provide high-quality care, participate in audit and benchmarking, and demonstrate empathy and diplomacy in their interactions with patients and colleagues.

Key responsibilities include:

Requirements include:
- Experience of working in a busy ward environment
- Experience of working on an acute surgical ward
- Basic life support skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
The successful candidate will be a registered nurse with a strong passion for trauma and orthopaedic nursing, excellent communication skills, and a keenness to develop in surgical nursing. They will be able to work collaboratively with the team, demonstrate empathy and diplomacy, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care to patients.
