About the Role

Career Legal is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Learning and Development Assistant to join their HR team in London. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support in the L&D and Legal Education space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage attendance surveys, run reports, and maintain attorney training records in the London office
  • Review and update weekly and monthly training reports on the Firm's tracking system
  • Develop and maintain attorney development onboarding and leaver checklists
  • Coordinate Practice Group trainings, including attorney and trainee sessions, and update the training tracker
  • Issue compliance courses to new attorneys and track completion
  • Provide training reports for attorneys on their training compliance
  • Support England & Wales license regulatory requirements, including Continuing Competence
  • Administer LMS, including creating events, lessons, learning paths, and applying training credits
Requirements

We are looking for a proactive and professional individual with experience in high-volume HR or L&D administrative roles. You should have good knowledge of HR and LMS systems, exceptional communication skills, and a personable and efficient approach to your workload.
