This role is an integral part of our Driver Operations Team, supporting our teams at both Basingstoke and Bognor Regis Distribution Depots. You will play a key role in delivering driver training and assessments for new and current team members, ensuring they meet Company policies, health and safety guidelines, and legal requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Hold a current and up-to-date Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) and a Class 1 license
  • Have an excellent knowledge of current Transport Legislation
  • Partner with the distribution team to ensure new drivers are smoothly onboarded
  • Support existing drivers with ongoing training and development
