Austin Fraser has been appointed by a dynamic SME in Dorchester, Dorset to find a seasoned Finance Manager for an interim assignment. This exciting role will provide the successful candidate with a chance to make a lasting impact on the company's financial performance.

Main Duties:
  1. Produce detailed financial statements, including management accounts and year-end accounts;
  2. Develop and implement effective cash flow management strategies;
  3. Provide expert financial guidance to support informed business decisions;
  4. Supervise the finance team's activities on a daily basis;
  5. Ensure adherence to all relevant financial laws and regulations.
Necessary Qualifications:
  • Substantial experience as an Interim Finance Manager;
  • A professional accounting qualification (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) or equivalent;
