Job Title: Registered Nurse - Children's Continuing Care

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality care to children and young people with complex health needs in the community.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assess and monitor patient conditions, arranging diagnostic tests as necessary
  • Recognize and respond to deterioration in patient condition, escalating concerns as required
  • Manage emergency situations with confidence and expertise
  • Display excellent analytical skills and sound decision-making in complex clinical situations
  • Recognize limitations and escalate concerns to ensure patient safety

Requirements:
  • Registered Children's Nurse with a valid NMC registration
  • Minimum 6 months' experience in a Registered Nurse Children's Continuing Care (Community) environment within the last 2 years
  • Valid UK driving license and access to a car

  • Statement of NMC Registration
  • Degree/Diploma in Nursing
