Job Description:
This role involves assisting in the management of the nursing home, providing leadership and support to the care team, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to residents.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the overall management of the nursing home, maintaining compliance with CQC regulations and standards.
- Provide leadership and support to the care team, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Cover clinical shifts as needed, providing direct care to residents when required.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in the care sector.
- Compassionate and dedicated to providing high standards of care.
Estimated Salary: £42,000-£46,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
