We are a leading provider of privately funded healthcare, seeking an Engineering Maintenance Specialist to join our Estates team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring top-notch building maintenance at the hospital and satellite sites.

About the Role

As an Engineering Maintenance Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe working environment, adhering to company policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for extensive engineering experience in a hospital or similar setting, broad knowledge of building services disciplines, and understanding of Health and Safety regulations.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £60,000 per annum, with excellent benefits including private healthcare insurance, increasing pension contributions, and flexible health, protection, and lifestyle benefits.

Key Responsibilities
