We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Implementation Practice for State Street Alpha Data Services. As the Implementation Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end implementation of our F2B ADP/ADS solutions for clients, from pre-contract due diligence to post-go-live hypercare support.
Key Responsibilities- Be the face of the ADS organization, providing thought leadership to clients throughout the implementation journey.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage and coordinate the efforts of project managers, business analysts, testers, developers, and other support staff to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including GTS, SaaS Ops, Alpha Cloud Ops, Alpha Platform Engineering, Alpha Product, ADS Product, Alpha Data Ops, and clients to resolve data issues and implement solutions.
- Support the defect resolution process by working with the development team to understand the root cause of data issues and ensure all defects are fixed.
- Establish and maintain standard operating procedures, including client-specific requirements, to ensure efficient and effective implementation.
- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the implementation process.
- Continuously assess and contribute to the improvement of client experience, software quality, and other enhancements.
- 12+ years of experience in data management, product, and market data roles and responsibilities.
- University degree in computer science, data management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, motivational, and influencing skills, with the ability to lead by example and manage a matrixed organization.
- Strong business analysis and project management skills, with experience in Front, Middle, and Back Office services.
- Extensive experience with Financial Services data domains, including Security Master, Entity Master, Benchmarks, Positions, Transactions, Cash, Performance, Analytics, and more.
- Proficiency in SQL and knowledge of Data Management, Data Governance, Service Catalogue, Data Lineage tools, Operational Dashboards, Process Monitoring tools, and Azure cloud platforms.
