About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Mental Health Act Administrator. This is a specialist administration role that requires strong communication skills, emotional resilience, and the ability to work with others to provide high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage Mental Health Act administration across three sites
  • Support and report to the Regional Mental Health Act Lead
  • Manage other Mental Health Act Administrators as part of the wider team
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • Experience of Mental Health Act administration in healthcare
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Emotional resilience and ability to work with patients and families
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a supportive community of practice
