Sales and Marketing Executive

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of in-house CRM systems or work closely with external CRM providers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the market, competitors, and trends to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and improve customer acquisition.
- Deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the company's services.
- Monitor and report on business development activities, ensuring sales targets are met.
- Negotiate and close business deals to meet or exceed sales objectives.
Requirements:
- A proven track record in business development, sales, or a similar role with at least three years of experience.
- Experience in using and implementing CRM systems. Experience assisting with the creation of an in-house CRM is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, results-driven, with a focus on meeting targets and continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a salary of around £50,000 per annum, excellent bonus opportunities, and benefits.
