About the Job: Harwood Recruitment Solutions Limited is seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and identifying new opportunities for our clients across Somerset and Dorset.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of in-house CRM systems or work closely with external CRM providers.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the market, competitors, and trends to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and improve customer acquisition.
  • Deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the company's services.
  • Monitor and report on business development activities, ensuring sales targets are met.
  • Negotiate and close business deals to meet or exceed sales objectives.

Requirements:
  • A proven track record in business development, sales, or a similar role with at least three years of experience.
  • Experience in using and implementing CRM systems. Experience assisting with the creation of an in-house CRM is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, results-driven, with a focus on meeting targets and continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a salary of around £50,000 per annum, excellent bonus opportunities, and benefits.
