Job Title: Coastal Restoration ExpertDescription:

ERT, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Coastal Restoration Expert to join our team. As a key member of our restoration team, you will be responsible for planning and implementing restoration projects that align with NOAA's priorities.

  • Support the identification, design, implementation, and monitoring of restoration projects.
  • Lead restoration planning in collaboration with state and federal trustees.
  • Coordinate restoration planning and implementation with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop restoration plans and evaluate individual restoration projects.
  • Conduct independent research and provide reports addressing case strategy and decisions.
  • Maintain ongoing contact with local partners and co-trustees.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience with demonstrated ability to plan and implement aquatic habitat restoration.
  • Advanced knowledge of marine and physical sciences, program management, and technical leadership.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
