Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to support the delivery of our youth work program, Airplay, which aims to inspire and motivate children aged 5-18 years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of outreach and centre-based youth work with young people aged 5-18 years
  • Work in partnership with the Station Youth Worker to develop and implement youth work programs
  • Provide a safe and supportive environment for young people to engage in activities and develop their skills
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the effective delivery of the Airplay Theory of Change and YMCA Youth Work Strategy and Principles
Requirements
  • Enhanced Disclosure Check required
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with young people, preferably in a youth work setting
