We are seeking a motivated and target-driven individual to fill the position of Sales Progressor at The Recruitment Experts. This role is ideal for someone looking for a fast-paced and challenging career in property at a growing company with many opportunities to progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and progress the pipeline
  • Liaise with buyers, sellers, mortgage providers, and solicitors on a regular basis
  • Maintain company CRM system
  • Deal with price negotiations as required
  • Arrange and conduct key release
  • Work towards monthly targets

Requirements:

  • Previous estate agency sale progression experience
  • Pro-active
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Inspires trust and confidence
  • Works well under pressure
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organised
  • Proficient with technology
  • Ability to prioritise
