Job Summary:

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled trades technician to join our team at HBF Recruitment Ltd. As a multifaceted tradesperson, you will be responsible for ensuring that all building maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Patching, plastering, and painting services to ensure a high-quality finish.
2. Installing and repairing doors, as well as completing other carpentry tasks.
3. Carrying out stock unit inspections to identify areas for improvement.
4. Meeting with customers to inspect reported defects and compiling reports with photographs.
5. Collaborating with the customer service team to coordinate remedial work with sub-contractors.
6. Utilizing knowledge of carpentry, bricklaying, and plastering to ensure high-quality finishes in all trades.

Requirements:

• Good practical experience within all aspects of the building industry.
• Basic knowledge of carpentry, bricklaying, and plastering.
• Current driving license.
