Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the critical path with inputs from two brands within the business
  • Ensuring the delivery of sustainable master data supports the purchase order creation process
  • Tracking and reporting on milestones, ensuring all relevant communication to stakeholders
  • Managing and structuring communication between relevant stakeholders
  • Managing communication with direct suppliers and PGS
  • Managing the relationship between planning and buying teams, and being the point of contact for any trading, planning, or purchasing query
  • Ensuring all queries are managed in a timely manner, and the impact of the range implementation on planning and buying teams is minimized
  • Attending all relevant critical path meetings
  • Ensuring all PO data is maintained and accurate to provide a delivery schedule
  • Checking Gold Seal samples are correct, with correct labels and ticketing
  • Reporting all issues and proposing solutions
  • Carrying out ad hoc analysis to support planning teams where necessary
