Key Responsibilities- Maintenance of Contract & Licence register to ensure these are renewed/extended/terminated as necessary
- Contract Management including dispute resolution & performance management to ensure supplier performance meets acceptable standards
- Conduct Business Performance Reviews (BPRs) with third party suppliers
- Evaluate and execute contract variations to capture changes to T&C, scope of work, exercising of extension options and remuneration updates
- Conducting RFQs/Tenders
- Review and negotiate T&Cs and commercial models
- Manage finances associated with information services for the customer, making sure costs are transparent and are meeting the clients financial controls
- Prepare required cost management and reporting information for client review meetings
- Feed into the clients budget planning process as required
- Validate and process all third party invoices
- Responding to and resolving invoice queries
- Degree qualified or demonstrable experience as Contracts Engineer or similar
- Strong knowledge of standard contracting terms and conditions and commercial management skills
- Excellent record keeping and cost management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience of using Microsoft Office products e.g. Excel, Word and Outlook
- Attention to detail and organisational skills
