Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Full-Time Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting students with additional learning needs, working closely with teachers to develop tailored strategies and accommodations.
- Key Tasks:
- Provide personalized support to students who require extra help with course materials.
- Collaborate with teachers to implement accommodations and modifications as needed.
- Maintain a safe and respectful classroom environment, promoting positive behavior and inclusivity.
- Assist with the assessment and grading process, providing constructive feedback to students.
- Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience working with children or adolescents in an educational setting (desired).
