Job Overview

This role is part of our Business Analysis team and will work closely with the Business Architect to elicit, define and document business processes and requirements from business unit stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be able to liaise between business units and project teams by facilitating discussion to solve business problems with effective and efficient solutions while satisfying the project goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain a deep understanding of relevant business areas to create high-quality requirements documents.
  • Use a variety of techniques (e.g., meetings, workshops, interviews, and job shadowing) to build strong working relationships with the business to elicit and document business processes and requirements.
  • Shape business processes and requirements by making recommendations and suggesting alternatives to determine the best possible approach.
  • Review delivery team output to ensure the correct interpretation and delivery of project processes and requirements.
  • Support delivery teams as they develop, test, and deploy projects to production.
  • Act as the primary point of contact in the office for IT related issues and liaising with external providers and MedPro Group in the US to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • At least 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Good knowledge of IT such that issues can be fixed locally and more complex issues escalated to relevant external/outsourced parties.
  • Good understanding of insurance and preferably London Market and/or insurance business.
