Olympic Gymnasium Services is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining sports and PE equipment in school gyms and sports halls. You will also be responsible for carrying out safety inspections, maintenance, repairs, and refurbishment of sports/PE/playground equipment and assault courses. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in maintenance, fitting, or installation roles, as well as experience with equipment inspections and reporting. Proficiency in using hand tools and the ability to work at heights are also essential. Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail are required. A clean, valid driving license and DBS check are also necessary. Supervisors will have the skills and experience to lead, train, and manage a team of engineers. This is a rewarding role with room for growth, whether you're stepping up to leadership or refining your engineering expertise. The salary for this position is £34,000-£42,000 per annum, depending on experience. The company offers a competitive benefits package, including a company pension, company vehicle, and opportunities for overtime. The role requires travel to customer sites, and occasional weekend work may be required during busy periods.
