We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at PART & COMPANY Ltd. as we launch our new boutique hotel in the Cotswolds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Head Chef and senior management to develop and implement a menu that showcases classic Modern British Cuisine with a French twist and incorporates seasonal ingredients from the garden.
  • Lead a team of chefs in the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and staff scheduling.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop menus and promotions that drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
  • Proven track record of menu development, kitchen management, and team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of Modern British Cuisine and French cooking techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
