Service Delivery Lead

Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Service Developments: Develop and deliver safe and effective services in accordance with key national targets, clinical standards, service priorities, and performance indicators set by local commissioners and Trust policies.
- Service Management: Operate effectively across multiple services, including Community Therapies, Stroke, Neuro, Falls, and Dietetic services.
- Workforce management and development: Oversee operational delivery of services at team level, supporting staff to develop quality improvement projects.
- Financial/Budget Management: Manage delegated budgets, maintaining financial balance and ensuring effective and efficient use of resources.
We offer a competitive salary of £80,000-£100,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including excellent pension schemes, generous leave entitlements, and extensive wellbeing support.
