About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our Legal & General Affordable Homes team as a key member of our small agile Data Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering data solutions across the organisation, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and translating their requirements into actionable data insights.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data migrations, data wrangling, and data quality assessments, with experience in designing and implementing complex data mappings, transformations, ETL processes, and data validations. Additionally, they will be skilled in creating data flow processes, automations, data analysis, data modelling, and ad hoc reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analysing data from disparate systems and performing data quality assessments to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Designing and implementing complex data mappings, transformations, and ETL processes to deliver effective data flows across the organisation.
  • Developing and managing data migration processes into a CRM platform, ensuring seamless data integration and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Creating robust and reusable queries and processes to deliver actionable data insights and support business decision-making.
  • Supporting the automation and validation of data processes within a CRM platform, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
  • Reviewing and improving data models to ensure they meet business requirements and are aligned with organisational goals.
  • Leading ad hoc analysis and reporting to provide timely and accurate data insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in data migrations, data wrangling, and data quality assessments.
  • Confidence in designing and implementing complex data mappings, transformations, ETL processes, and data validations.
  • Skilled in creating data flow processes, automations, data analysis, data modelling, and ad hoc reporting.
  • Strong technical skills in Excel, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Alteryx, and API development.
  • Fluency in SQL and Python programming languages.
  • Experience with Apex, the Salesforce platform.
