Join AJ Bell Management Limited as a Financial Services Administrator

We are seeking an enthusiastic recent school or college leaver to join our customer service team as a Pension Scheme Accounts Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reconciling transactions and preparing year-end account statements. Your duties will involve liaising with investment providers and internal teams to obtain required information.

Your role will include:

  • Preparation of year-end account statements
  • Authorisation of client services external payments
  • Input and reconciliation of transactions from bank statements onto database or excel spreadsheet
  • Liaising with Platinum administration teams
  • Liaising with external investment providers

You will work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential. We require applicants to have a minimum of 5 GCSEs grades A*-C (or equivalent) including Math and English. Previous office experience is advantageous but not essential.
