Role Overview

Leonard Cheshire is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our Brirnbeck re-enablement service, a supported living unit featuring twelve self-contained residential apartments for vulnerable young adults.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clear direction, management, and supervision of a great staff team.
  • Lead with passion and enthusiasm to ensure the service is well run and promotes positive outcomes for disabled people.
  • Ensure the service is fully compliant regarding health and safety management and fulfill statutory obligations.
  • Handle recruitment, on-going training, development, and performance needs of staff.
  • Hold registration for the service.

Requirements

  • A recognised nursing or social care qualification and registration.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care.
  • Substantial experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity in a care environment.
