At Tower Hamlets Council Pension Fund, we are seeking an exceptional Planning Infrastructure Manager to lead our Infrastructure Planning Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our borough.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Planning Infrastructure Manager. The successful candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure planning, CIL, and S106, with excellent programme management and team leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Co-leading and managing our Infrastructure Planning Team;
  • Developing and implementing effective infrastructure planning strategies;
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver infrastructure projects;
  • Managing budgets and resources to achieve project goals;
  • Mentoring and developing team members to ensure their success.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as urban planning or civil engineering;
  • Proven experience in infrastructure planning and project management;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
