We are seeking a passionate and innovative PE teacher to join our experienced and cohesive PE department in a Secondary School located in the Swansea area.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver effective PE lessons adhering to curriculum guidelines, creating engaging learning materials to support students' progress.
- Facilitate classroom discussions and activities promoting collaboration and critical thinking skills, catering to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, grades, and performance, collaborating with colleagues to develop and improve the PE curriculum.
- An honours degree in a relevant subject, teaching qualification such as PGCE or QTS.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching PE at a secondary education level, excellent command of the English language.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to effectively manage a classroom and create a positive learning environment.
The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, inclusive of statutory holiday pay. Teaching Personnel offers all registered candidates free child protection and prevent duty training, along with assistance for enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks.
