Job Title: Lead Advanced Nurse Practitioner

Practice Plus Group is seeking an experienced Lead Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team in a clinical leadership role. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, leading by example, and ensuring the safe and effective delivery of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical and professional leadership to nursing staff, including the Health Care Assistant
  • Work as part of the multidisciplinary team to ensure nursing services are delivered effectively to patients
  • Lead by example, facilitating professional and clinical development, and ensuring all competency and training requirements of staff are met
  • Responsible for the delivery of Clinical Patient Services, actively monitoring patient satisfaction and patient health outcomes
  • Ensure relevant clinical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Quality Outcomes Framework targets are met

Requirements:

  • 1st level Registered Nurse with current registration with the UK Nursing Midwifery Council (NMC)
  • Post registration qualification in First contact care, Chronic Disease management, and Master degree in a health-related subject
  • Independent Nurse Prescriber and evidence of Continuous Professional development (CPD)
  • Post registration qualification in autonomous practice or equivalent, Mental Health Experience, and Research / audit qualification undertaken at Level 3
