We are seeking an experienced Depot Manager to join our national client based in Stoke on a full-time permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire depot operation, including:
- Parts, service, and workshop departments
- Staff recruitment, development, motivation, and training
- Generating business plans and forecasts
- Analysing results
- Working to depot strategy to deliver profitable solutions
- Project management
- Compliance, health, and safety
- Assessing and delivering technical solutions to a full client base
- Offering a high level of customer service at all times
- Issue resolution
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have worked within the construction/plant machinery industry or similar in a branch management/depot management level role. You will be commercially aware, have exceptional communication skills, be self-motivated, have a good level of technical understanding, a proven record of working in a customer-focused/service environment, strong leadership skills, excellent networking skills, ability to multi-task, and a strong focus.
