About the Role
The position of Plumbing Engineer at HomeServe involves undertaking general plumbing repairs and maintenance work in customers' homes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring that our customers receive high-quality work. To succeed in this role, you must have Level 2 NVQ in Plumbing or a similar qualification, as well as full UK driving licence with less than 6 penalty points.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out routine maintenance and repair tasks in domestic housing.
  • Use a company vehicle with fuel card and all necessary tools to deliver excellent service.
  • Provide fantastic customer service skills, being approachable, professional, and courteous.
