Job Opportunity

Meraki Talent Ltd is seeking a Senior Corporate Actions Analyst to join their team in Glasgow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, allocate, update, and process all corporate actions across a range of investments.
  • Reconcile and pay all income and dividends within regulatory and SLA timescales.
  • Manage the entire corporate action lifecycle from notification to closure.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience working within Corporate Actions.
  • Experience working within Investment Management, Fund Services, or the Platform/FinTech Space.
  • Driven individual with a process improvement mindset and ability to help organise the team and assist with the development of Junior Analysts.
