Farm Labourer

We are seeking motivated individuals to assist with various tasks at our 7-acre organic market garden in the Cheshire countryside.

The garden produces a wide variety of salad crops, sold to local shops, vegbox schemes, and wholesalers. Our goal is to provide high-quality produce while maintaining sustainable farming practices.

• Assist with plant raising, planting, bed preparation, harvesting, prepping, and packing
• Maintain site cleanliness and tidiness, including routine cleaning of facilities, tools, and equipment
• Participate in deliveries using a van (confidential driving license required)

We work on bank holidays without extra pay. While we do not typically work weekends, additional work may be required with advance notice.

• 12 days of holiday throughout the year
• 5 days of sick pay on full pay
• Pension scheme enrolment (NEST) – optional opt-out available

£25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
