HGV Fitter Position

A logistics and haulage company is seeking a skilled HGV Fitter to join their team. The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, 08:00-18:00, with a starting salary of circa £30,000, depending on experience.

  1. Service and maintain all vehicles and associated equipment
  2. Complete all repairs and maintenance needed
  3. Carry out safety inspections on vehicles and trailers
  4. Prepare and accompany vehicles for their MOTs
  5. Complete all paperwork required
Key Skills and Qualifications
  1. Experience working with HGVs
  2. Relevant mechanical qualification
  3. Ability to carry out services and maintenance on HGVs
  4. Knowledge of vehicle rules and regulations
