Senior Research Leader

Job Summary

Resolian UK is seeking a highly skilled Senior Scientist to lead our immunogenicity group and oversee the development and validation of analytical methods within our immunoassay department. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality ADA method and sample analysis results to our customers in compliance with GLP/GCP guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Provide scientific leadership and oversight of development and validation within the immunogenicity group
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver robust pre-clinical and clinical analytical methods
Ensure on-time delivery of high-quality methods to customers
Develop and implement scientific strategies to improve method performance and compliance
Mentor and train junior staff to enhance their technical understanding and decision-making skills

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in biological science or equivalent relevant experience
Proven track record of delivering high-quality analytical methods and results
Strong understanding of FDA regulatory guidelines and GXP laboratory operations
Excellent communication and leadership skills
