Job Title: Operations Coordinator

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team at PHS Group Ltd. in Golborne, Warrington. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth planning and scheduling of work for our designated group of engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your allocated order book in accordance with department KPIs.
  • Provide support to ensure that engineers complete their workloads on time.
  • Maintain up-to-date business systems.
  • Complete accurate paperwork and electronic information.
  • Develop strong customer liaison and relations management skills.
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Retention Department.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a planning and customer service-oriented environment, with the ability to handle customers professionally and calmly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A good understanding of Microsoft Packages.
