We are looking for a skilled Taper to support the delivery of quality repairs and maintenance works to all types of LBI managed properties and social spaces.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Support the delivery of quality repairs to ensure decent and suitable housing, working as part of a team carrying out plastering works associated with maintenance works.
  2. Carry out day-to-day plastering/rendering works to an excellent standard.
  3. Plan and organise workload to maximise productive time and ensure the best service to customers, including dealing with urgent and emergency repairs.
  4. Previous plastering experience is essential.
