Taboola is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join its Global Growth Advertiser Sales team, supporting the Central and Eastern European Region (CEE).

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales and a proven track record of success in a similar role. They will be responsible for researching, identifying, engaging, and closing deals with advertisers, as well as working closely with the Sales Development team and other stakeholders to achieve revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding of digital technology and revenue ecosystem, with the ability to explain product benefits within this context
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate contracts
  • Able to prioritize effectively and efficiently, with a focus on achieving revenue goals
  • Accurate forecasting of new business closure rate and revenue booked
  • Independently building a large pipeline of leads, pursuing them, and closing deals
  • Working closely with colleagues in the Sales Development team, other Growth Sales Managers, and the Growth team lead and regional director Growth Advertiser Sales, EMEA
  • Building realistic media plans to assist advertisers in understanding how they can meet their objectives, goals, and CPAs
  • Interacting with the Account Management team to effectively manage client expectations and ensure successful campaign management
  • Conveying field intelligence to product management teams in regard to development features
  • Managing presentations, building relationships, and negotiating contracts
  • Strong use of Salesforce, including ensuring outbound activity is recorded accurately
  • Working closely with the direct line manager to take direction, provide updates, feedback, real-time forecasts, and consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals

Requirements:

  • A strong passion and hunger to sell
  • Minimum of 12 months working in a sales position, preferably at a digital media company
  • Knowledge or keen interest in performance marketing, including industry trends, success measurement, online marketing KPIs, and product knowledge
  • Experience in structuring and negotiating deals
  • A true passion for online advertising and tech, with a strong sales drive and ability to build relationships
  • Strong analytical skills to collect business intelligence by conversing with clients and monitoring/identifying trends in data and generated reports
  • Excellent technological skills and ability to quickly learn what is needed to support the campaigns' successful implementation and optimization
  • Excellent written and conversational skills, with the ability to communicate in Ukrainian or Russian and English
