About the Role:

The JD Gyms General Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the gym, driving commercial performance, and delivering operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the gym team to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Oversee the operational aspects of the gym, including facilities management and customer service.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure business success.

About the Candidate:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual who has a proven track record of management experience within the leisure industry.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a management role within a leisure-related industry.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
