Join Our Team as a Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Prospero Teaching. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with varied Special Educational Needs (SEN) and challenging behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support pupils with their learning and communicate effectively with Class Teachers to ensure appropriate strategies are used.
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, teachers, and other staff members to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assist with lesson planning and implementation to ensure pupils engage with their learning and make excellent progress.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position for the 2024/2025 Academic Year, with opportunities to work across Key Stages 3 and 4. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of children and contribute to a supportive and inspiring environment.
