Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Assist the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running efficiently and effectively.
- Safety and Compliance: Maintain a strong focus on health and safety, ensuring that all relevant policies and procedures are adhered to and that our facilities meet the highest standards of safety and compliance.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers have a positive and memorable experience at our facilities.
- Team Management: Line manage the Shift Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to manage their teams effectively.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.
- Marketing and Promotion: Work closely with the Marketing department to promote Gravity Active Entertainment to local businesses, schools, and community partners.
- Facilities Management: Ensure that our facilities are maintained to a high standard, including cleanliness and safety.
- Customer Focus: A customer-focused approach, with the ability to converse with a diverse range of people at all levels.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Operational Management: Proven ability to manage budgets and drive business growth, with a strong track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
