Lane Technician

Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Lane Technician. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of our bowling lanes, pinsetters, and other mechanical systems to ensure the highest level of efficiency and overall safety and satisfaction of our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair bowling lanes, pinsetters, and other mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Perform general maintenance tasks on the venue and facilities, including cleaning, repairs, and replacements as needed.
• Identify and report any issues or faults with machinery, and work with the maintenance team to resolve them.
• Assist with the installation and testing of new equipment and systems.
• Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

• Basic trade skills and knowledge of mechanical systems.
• Ability to work on own initiative and proactively seek out problems and faults with machinery.
• Ability to demonstrate practical and mechanical awareness.
• Ability to problem solve and enjoy practical tasks.
• Basic literacy, numeracy, and measurement skills.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals.
• Fit for manual labor.
• Must be comfortable with and adhere to all safety precautions when working with moving parts.
