Customer Success and Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Customer Success and Business Development Manager to join our team at Double Glazing Blogger. In this role, you will play a crucial part in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving business growth, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

The Role and Responsibilities
You will be based at our Leeds site (with opportunities to work from Wakefield or Liverpool) and will collaborate closely with the Marketing and Customer Services teams to support business growth and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
- Sales and Marketing Collaboration: Support the marketing team by following up on campaign leads and turning them into sales through proactive phone calls.
- Customer Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, focusing on maximising account spend, meeting stretch targets, and increasing overall business.
- Quotations & CRM Management: Respond to online quotation requests using our CRM system, generate quotes, and follow up proactively by telephone.
Requirements
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual with proven experience in sales, account management, outbound calling, and CRM systems. You should possess exceptional communication skills, confidence in making outbound calls, strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits
