Cybersecurity Architect

About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Architect to join our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing network security architecture and infrastructure components to protect our organisation's global networks from cyber threats. You will work closely with our IT teams to ensure security is integrated into new systems and applications.

Main Responsibilities
* Design and implement network security architecture and infrastructure components, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and antivirus software.
* Manage firewalls, VPN solutions, and network access control for enhanced security and compliance.
* Conduct diagnostics and analysis on network security systems to ensure performance and reliability.
* Monitor network traffic to optimise performance and identify potential threats.
* Create and maintain technical documentation, including network designs, specifications, and roll-out plans.
* Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security is integrated into new systems and applications.
* Ensure compliance with change control processes and support authorised changes only.
* Provide on-site support when necessary, both within the UK and internationally.

What We Offer
The estimated salary for this position is £75,000 - £95,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, pension scheme, and generous holiday allowance.
