Finance Business Partner Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Finance Business Partner to join our team at Chase & Holland. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Senior Commercial and Operational Teams by providing operational, commercial, and financial data to drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse financial, operational, and commercial data to assess and challenge business performance and assist in decision making
  • Partner with Operational and Sales teams to support new business development, factory performance, and commercial pricing
  • Own the monthly forecasting process and lead process improvements
  • Lead, drive, and support various business improvement projects, including financial support for operational or customer-facing projects
  • Partner with key stakeholders to evolve management reporting using newly implemented ERP and BI reporting tools
  • Evolve and embed recently implemented standard costing methodology throughout the organisation
Requirements:
  • Driven individual with a passion for business partnering and a solid background in finance and operations
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems and reporting tools such as Power BI
  • Inquisitive mentality and a drive to improve, get involved, and make things happen
  • Collaborative approach, able to interact and influence internal and external stakeholders
