Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications). The company offers a competitive salary package, including a contributory pension scheme up to 6%, life assurance, and generous annual leave.

Job Description
  • Case Management: Provide expert case management services for referrals relating to attendance, fitness for work, and other occupational health requests.
  • Reporting & Advice: Deliver comprehensive written reports and provide expert advice on legislative requirements and occupational health best practices.
  • Clinical Services: Provide vaccinations, travel health advice, ergonomic support, and health promotion services where competent.
  • Medical Assessments: Conduct general medicals, spirometry, audiometry, drug and alcohol screening, fitness-for-role assessments, and more.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Occupational Health.
  • Postgraduate Qualification in Occupational Health (Degree/Diploma).
  • Valid NMC Registration (Nursing and Midwifery Council).
  • Experience in General Medicals and Health Surveillance.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to deliver engaging content to clients and employees.
  • A proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality occupational health services.
