Residential Therapist

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Residential Therapist to join our team at Prospero Health and Social Care Careers. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people with complex needs, including emotional and behavioural challenges.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering therapy and support to promote the independence and well-being of our service users.

The estimated salary for this position is GBP12.83 per hour, with potential for full-time opportunities and competitive pay rates up to GBP16.00 per hour. The shift patterns include day shifts, night shifts, weekend shifts, and evening shifts.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in a support work or care environment
  • Up-to-date mandatory training in Food Hygiene, Health and Safety, Fire Safety, Infection Prevention, Equality and Diversity, and Autism training (all can be completed free with Prospero)
  • Safeguarding training is essential; you can undertake a free course with Prospero Health and Social Care
