At William H Brown, part of the Connells Group, we're seeking a highly motivated Senior Estate Agent to join our select sales team in Norwich. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for listing and gaining new instructions for properties to market, while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
About the Role
As a Senior Estate Agent, you'll be working closely with our extensive local and national branch network to provide a bespoke service across Norfolk and North Suffolk. You'll be building relationships with new and existing clients, face-to-face or over the phone, to drive sales and growth.

Requirements
- Preferably an experienced Lister, Valuer, Instructions Manager, Valuations Manager, Residential Sales Manager, or Senior Estate Agent/Sales Negotiator looking to progress your career
- Outstanding customer care/customer service experience
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A Full UK driving licence holder
