Key Responsibilities:

As a Hardware Design and Development Engineer at Bluestream People, you will play a crucial role in the product development lifecycle, focusing on the specification, design, and validation of satellite communication products.

Design and Development:

  • Design and develop circuits, including schematic capture, component selection, and simulation.
  • Lead in-house and external PCB layout design teams.
  • Deliver manufacturing work packages for both prototype and production-quality products.

Integration and Validation:

  • Support integration, validation, and qualification of hardware, software, and systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electronics or a related field.
  • Extensive commercial experience in hardware product design.
  • Proficiency with circuit and PCB design and simulation tools such as Allegro, ADS, SiWave, HFSS, and CST.
  • Microcontrollers, Digital Signal Processors (DSP), FPGA, or ASIC.
  • High-speed digital interfaces (e.g., RF design).
  • High-reliability system design (e.g., Space, Military, Automotive).
  • DC/DC power supply design.
  • Adherence to environmental, thermal, safety, and EMI/EMC standards.
  • Practical use of scripting languages such as Tcl, Python, and Perl.
