About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our homecare services. This includes managing care plans, work schedules, and rosters, as well as ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Responsibilities and Requirements- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our homecare services
- Manage care plans, work schedules, and rosters
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Lead and manage a team of care professionals
- Experience in coordinating staff and rotas
- SVQ 4 in social care or working towards it
- Appropriate registration with the SSSC
