About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Vocational Instructor to join our team at PeoplePlus. As a Regional Vocational Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality vocational training to small groups of prison-based learners, helping them to develop their skills, knowledge, and behaviors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training plans that meet the needs of learners
  • Provide expert guidance and support to learners to help them achieve their long-term goals and aspirations
  • Ensure that training is delivered to the highest standard, engaging learners and helping them to reach their potential
  • Work with learners to identify their strengths and areas for improvement, and develop personalized training plans to support their progress
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that training is aligned with the needs of the prison and the learners
Requirements
  • A Business or IT qualification, or equivalent
  • Substantial vocational experience in the construction industry
  • Experience of delivering vocational-based training
  • A teaching or assessing qualification is desirable
  • Ability to display a wide range of training methods to engage learners
