About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at Allwyn UK as a Lead Compliance Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring our organization's compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a strong reputation in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee all compliance activities across the organization, ensuring timely and effective implementation of regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the People Team, Legal, Procurement, Regulatory Affairs, and Protective Security.
  • Manage and maintain a central tracking database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on compliance activities.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management and the Gambling Commission.
  • Develop and deliver awareness and training programs on compliance and regulatory requirements to ensure a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
  • Own and maintain relevant policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the Gambling Commission and other regulatory bodies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in compliance and regulatory affairs, with a strong understanding of the requirements of Fit and Proper checks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
